U Mumba was formed in 2014, representing the financial capital of India, Mumbai. Founded by Unilazer Ventures Pvt Ltd, the team has been consistent in showcasing their strength and determination since their inception in the inaugural season of the PKL.

Despite missing out on the championship in their debut season, they bounced back strongly and reached the ultimate match of the competition, ultimately winning the trophy. U Mumba’s dominance was evident throughout the league stage, finishing at the top of the table and consistently reaching the playoffs.

Despite the loss, MUM still impress their fan with the achievements. Anup Kumar, captain of MUM are the top 1st Raider with 155 points of 16 matches. Surender Nada was the top 1st defender with 51 points in 15 matches.

First PKL Trophy

After the lost in the first PKL season, U Mumba kept training and improved their skills to prepare to season II, where they beat several opponents to become the champion.

U Mumba start the season with 8 win consecutive before they been stop by the 2nd match against Jaipur Pink Panther, then continuous dominant the League with 4 more consecutive wins and stopped by Telugu Titans.

In the semi-final when they face Patna Pirates, the MUM keep destroy the opponent with 17 points won and reach the Final where they faced Benlaguru Bulls and won with 6 points to get their first PKL trophy.
