Timothy Hays David, or Tim David, born in 16 March 1996 is a Singapore-born Australian cricketer. His family move to Singapore from Australia in the 1990s where his father, Rod David worked as an engineer before became cricketer and player for Singapore at the 1997 ICC Trophy. Then moved back to Australia in the 1990s when Tim David just 2 years old because of 1997 Asian Financial crisis.

Big Bash League

David made his Twenty20 debut for Perth Scorchers on 1 January 2018 in 2017-18 Big Bash League.

He was signed by Hobart Hurricanes in the 2020-2021 season, where he named Player of the matches. After his bright performance, he signed 2 years extension with the Hurricanes.

Pakistan Super League

In 2021 Pakistan Super League, David was singed by Lahore Qualandars as a replacement for Joe Burns in PSL mini replacement. In the following season, he was signed by reigning champions Multan Sultans and keep retained for the following year.

Indian Premier League

He made his IPL debut on 24 September 2021 with Royal Challengers Bangalore for the second phase of 2021 Indian Premier League in the UAE. He also became the first international from Singapore to play in IPL. In the 2022 Indian Premier League, he was bought by Mumbai Indian and retained until now (2024).

Europe

July 2021, David played in the Hoofdklasse tournament in Netherlands. After that, Tim David Signed with Surrey County Cricket Club. Under the Surrey Club, he played in the side’s final two matches of 2021 T20 Blast in England, 2021 Royal London One-day Cup, where he scored his first century, his next century is in the quarter-finals of the Tournament.

In the same year, he was drafted by Southerm Brave for the first season of the Hundred.
