2024 Indian Premier League

This Indian Premier League 2024 (IPL 2024) is the 17th season of Indian Premier League, a Franchise Twenty cricket format, organized by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

The 2024 IPL will have 74 matches with 10 franchise cricket teams, from 22 March to 26 May 2024. The Champion defense of IPL 2024 is the Chennai Super Kings.

  • Mohammed Shami: The top bowler of the 2023 IPL has been ruled out in this IPL due to an ankle injury during the ODI World Cup. Gujarat Titan has not announced any replacement yet.
  • Matthew Wade: Having played in the Sheffield Sheild for Tasmania, it must be until 25 March to Wade can play for Gujarat Titans in IPL.
